"Matt?" I asked quietly as we stood up. He turned around and looked at me. "Nevermind." I said smiling. "Stick to pot, Ally." He said leading me out the door. I rolled my eyes. Matt took my hand and we went upstairs to the kitchen. Paul and Tyler were there. "Hi." I said smiling. "Ally, what the fuck are you doing here?" Tyler asked. "Just hanging out with Matt." I said. "She's fine." Matt said. Matt grabbed two beers out of the fridge and handed me one. "I'll be right back." Matt said walking away. I sat down on a bar stool that was near the island. "This is not a place for inocent girls like you." Tyler whispered as he walked up behind me. "Maybe I'm sick of being inocent." I said. "Oh yeah?" Tyler asked. "Yeah." I said smiling. I looked over at Tyler and got a good look at him. He looked like shit. His eyes were all glossy and his hair was messy. He didn't look all clean cut like he normally does. I could tell he did more than smoke pot. Matt walked up to us and took my hand.
5:19 PM Christina said... He walked us to the living room. "Ally, promise me, you wont do anything but pot here. Please?" Matt said. "Is that all you do?" I asked him. "No. Which is why I know I don't want you to do anything else." He said. "Okay." I said. "Matt! How do you do that one thing with the-" A guy said walking up. "Oh, hey." He said seeing me. "She's cool. This is Ally. Ally, this is Pat." He said. I just smiled. "I'll show, AGAIN. I think it is retarded though!" Matt said to him. "Be right back Ally." He said, and walked away. I felt weird in the living room by myself. I didn't know anyone, so I walked back into the kitchen. "Hey, she's back." Tyler said. I just smiled.
5:27 PM Sarah said... "Ready?" A guy asked walking up to Tyler. "Yeah." He said. "Want to come?" He asked looking at me. "Where?" I asked. "Just to the back room." He said. "Matt won't be there." He whispered. I smiled and followed them to the back room.
5:36 PM Christina said... There was a futon along the wall, and a small table in front of it. Tyler sat down, and I sat next to him. He put his hand on my leg and smiled. I smiled back. A couple other people walked in, and then shut the door. "Okay, Are we all ready?" The guy that lead us back to the room asked. "Ready for what?" I whispered to Tyler. "You'll see." He whispered in my ear. He kissed my neck just below my hear after he said it. I got a chill. "Okay, who is first?"
5:43 PM Sarah said... "Me!" Tyler said laughing. Matt walked into the room. "You're not gonna mess with Shrooms are you?" He asked me. I giggled and shrugged my shoulders. He sat down next to me. "Go for it." Matt said. "Make sure you don't over do it." Matt told Tyler. "Just enough to get feeling happy." Tyler said. "Don't give her more than two grams." Paul said.
6:14 PM Christina said... The guy gave some to me and Tyler. I watched Tyler first. "Go ahead." Matt said to me. I was nervous. I wasn't even sure what was going to happen. I just took a deep breath, and took the shrooms. A couple other people did too. "Matt?" Paul asked. "Nah, man. I'm looking after newbie here." He said, nodding his head towards me. I started laughing.

9:55 PM Sarah said... "This is going to be fun." He said smiling at me. I leaned back and closed my eyes. I felt Matt take my hand and hold it. I didn't start to feel anything for like twenty minutes. I felt like I was sinking into the couch. I closed my eyes again. "There's all these jewels." I said. I heard Matt laugh. "What do they look like?" He asked. "Colorful." I said. I opened my eyes and I could have sworn I saw my Dad standing in front of me staring at me. "I'm so sorry, Daddy." I said staring to tear up. Someone put their arms around me. "It's okay." I heard Matt say. He hugged me. All of a sudden I started laughing really hard, but I wasn't sure why. "You are too damn cute." Matt said. I started to feel uneasy. "I'm going to throw up." I said. Matt walked me quickly to the bathroom, which was right next to the back room. He led me to the toilet. "Don't worry. You are fine." He said. I threw up in the toilet and as I stood up, I saw my Dad again. This time, he smiled at me. "I did the same thing when I was your age." He said. "You did?" I asked, surprised. Matt laughed. "Who are you talking to?" He asked. "My Dad. This is my Dad." I said pointing. He laughed at me and whiped my mouth. He led me back to the room. We layed down on the floor. I kept hearing laughter, but it sounded like I was in a tunnel.
10:00 PM Christina said... "Wow. Did we give her too much?" I heard someone ask. "No. This happened to me the first time." Someone said. I think it was Matt. I couldn't quite see anything. It looked like I was underwater, or looking through a fish tank or something. I don't know how long it was like that. I remember things getting crazy, but thats about it. I just remember waking up in a room. I was dark, but there was a slight glow from the street light. I was still kind of tripping, because it looked like things were floating around the room. I started to get really scared. Something grabbed my arm and I screamed. "Shhh. It's okay. It's Matt. Its MATT." Someone said. The light came on and I flinched. It took a second to adjust, but when I opened my eyes, Matt was in bed next to me. "Hey. You must be tripping still. It's okay though. Did you have fun?" He asked me. I nodded. "Good. Are you okay?" He asked. "Yeah, I think so. Where are we?" I asked. "We're in the spare bedroom. I managed to grab it before anyone else crashed back here." He said. "Oh, okay." I said, and layed down. "Matt?" I asked. "Yeah?" "You're really hot." I told him, and started giggling.
10:39 PM Sarah said... "Well, thank you." He said. He turned the light back off. "Better?" He asked. "Much." I said. I felt his lips touch mine and he started kissing me. I kissed him back. I fell asleep again and didn't wake up until about noon the next day. I had a headache. Matt drove us back to his place and I crashed in his bed for a few more hours. I felt so much better whenI woke up. Matt took me home and I went straight to the bathroom to take a shower.
10:45 PM Christina said... I went back to my room and got dressed. I checked my phone and I had two voicemails. One was from Matt saying he hoped I had fun and wanted to hang out again. The other was from Tyler making sure I got home okay. I just laughed. I couldn't believe what I did! I went out to the kitchen to get something to eat and drink. I was starving, and I felt shaky. My jaw was closed real tight too. Tim was in there making a bottle. "Hey." He said. "Hey." "Whats up with you?" He asked. "I don't feel so good." I told him. "Oh. What did you do last night?" He asked. I smiled. "Okay, never mind what you did, how do you feel now?" He asked. "Shaky. I keep clenching my jaw too." I told him. "You're coming down, thats all. Just eat, drink a lot of water, and get some more sleep. You'll be fine." He said. I made some poptarts, and drank about three glasses of water. I couldn't believe how thirsty I was. I remembered thinking I saw my dad, and started laughing. "What?" Tim asked. I started laughing even harder. "Fine, don't tell me." I stopped laughing long enough to tell him about thinking I saw dad, and he started laughing histaricaly!
10:56 PM Sarah said... "Yeah, I don't think he did it and if he did, he wouldn't be telling you that." He said. "I know." I said laughing. I went to my bedroom and layed down watching TV.
The next few weeks were the same. I saw Todd & Alex occasionally. I was hanging out with Matt a lot. We went to a lot of movies and we got high a lot. We both tried Heroin for the first time with some of his friends. We never did end up doing it again. We both promised eachother it would be a one time deal. The last three days, we just hung out in his bedroom watching movies and playing video games. Matt decided he wanted to quit smoking pot too and focus on school. I promised to help him out with homework and studying. The last week of summer, before school started, I slept with Matt again. He asked me to be his girlfriend and I accepted. Tim asked Ariana to marry him and she was so excited. They were both very happy. Our parents co-signed for them to get a townhouse and they move into it next month. When I got home that morning, my parents sat me down to talk to me. They were worried about me, because they hadn't seen me much lately. I assured them that I was fine and went to my bedroom to take a nap before I had to go to the school to register for classes.
11:12 PM Christina said... I woke up when there was a knock on the door. I rolled over, and my mom poked her head in. "A youngman is here to pick you up for registration." She said. "Oh, Matt." I told her. "Ally, do you have a new boyfriend?" She asked me. "Yeah." I said, and yawned. "Thanks for telling me!" She said. "Sorry. I've been busy." I told her, and sat up. She shook her head, and left. I made sure I looked okay, and then went out to meet Matt. "Ready?" He asked. "Yeah, lets go." I told him. We got in his car and drove to the school. We got our transcripts first, and then went to meet with the councelors. After that we were ready to enroll. We went by the student loan office and made sure everything was squared away. By the time we were done, we were both exhausted. "Wow. That took most of the day." Matt said. We stopped by the little coffee and juice shop that was on campus. I got a smoothie, and Matt got a frozen coffee. "So, are you all ready to start?" I asked him. "Yeah, but I'm really going to need your help. I took some heavy classes this semester." He said.

11:27 PM Sarah said... "No problem." I said. "Oh my god." I said when I noticed he was enrolled in one of Alex's classes. "What?" He asked. "Nothing." I said giggling. "You're not going to find some other stud here and forget me, are you?" He asked. "No." I said kicking him under the table. He glared at me and laughed. I made sure I was assigned a dorm room and we went to look at it. I was assigned to a one person room, which I was excited about. It was further away, just accross the street from the academic building. I didn't care though, I was excited to have a room to myself.
11:28 PM Christina said... "Lucky you." Matt said. "What? At least you don't have to stay in the dorms." I said. "I've always wanted too. It's just cheaper for me to rent a house with a couple roomates." He said. "Well, maybe you'll have to stay with me in my dorm once in a while." I said, smiling. "Oh, isn't that against the rules?" He said, waling up to me, and putting his hands on my waist. "Oh, I've broken the rules before." I told him, and winked.
11:36 PM Sarah said... He shut the door. "Well, I think you'll be breaking them a lot this year." He put his arms around my waist and started kissing me. I giggled. "It's not my room yet. I don't even get the key until next week and it's not even clean. It smells like dust." I said. "Let's go back to my place then." He said.
11:45 PM Christina said... "I don't think you can drive us there fast enough!" I said. Matt grabbed my hand, and we ran down the stairs, out of the building, all the way to his car. He was driving so fast to get home, I kept jumping. "Okay, we aren't going to be able to have sex if you kill us both!" I said. "Don't worry. It'll be more exciting. Our adrenaline will be pumping!" He said. I just laughed. We got to his house, and ran back to his bedroom.
11:55 PM Sarah said... He threw me onto the bed and took his shirt and shorts off. I took off my shirt and he layed on top of me. We had sex and it was amazing!
12:06 AM Christina said... "Wow." Matt said, after. "What?" I asked. "You are just awesome. I'm going to miss having full access to you." He said. "You still have access to me." I told him. "Promise?" He asked. "I promise! We'll see each other on campus. I know where you live...you know where my dorm is." I said. "Okay. Just checking." He said, and yawned. "Tired?" I asked him. "Yeah, you take a lot out of me!" He said. I laughed. "What do you say we go get our books?" I asked. "Don't we have to wait to get our student loan checks?" He asked. "Oh. Yeah. Probably should, huh?" I asked. "Well, unless you were going to steal yours, yes." He said.
12:12 AM Sarah said... "I was." I said. He sighed. "What?" I asked. "I keep wanting to smoke and stuff." He said. "Aww." I said giving him a hug. "It's okay." He said. "I'll live." "I keep wanting to too." I said giggling. "Well, we shouldn't." He said. "I know." I said. "Let's just take a nap." He said. We got comfortable and we both fell asleep.
7:33 AM Christina said... When I woke up, Matt wasn't there. There was a note on his door saying he went to Paul's and he'd be right back. I sighed, thinking he must have gone over there to smoke. As soon as I sat up, he walked through the door. "Paul's?" I asked. "Yeah. I took him all my stuff. My bong, pipe, and left over pot. It was too tempting to have around. He still thinks I'm crazy." Matt said. "Well, I don't think you are crazy." I told him.
8:19 AM Sarah said... He smiled and sat down on the bed next to me. "I can't beleive we tried Heroin." He said. I laughed. "I know!" "Do you get the urge to try that again too?" He asked. "Yeah, I do." I said. "Pretty awesome feeling, hu?" He said. "Yup." I said nodding. "Some people say it's better than sex." He said. I giggled. "Not better than ours." I said. He layed down next to me. "It comes in a close second." He said. I just laughed.
8:23 AM Christina said... "That was so crazy. Thanks for making me think of it again! When ever I think about it, I want to try it again." I said. "Yeah, me too." Matt sighed. "Have you ever thought of trying Cocaine?" I asked him. "Yeah. I never did though. It can be a scary thing too." He said. "Yeah. I've heard." I said. "So, what now?" He asked. "Well, we already had sex, we gave up drugs. What do you say we go grab a beer and something to eat?" I asked. "Sounds good to me! Lets go!" He said, standing up.
8:29 AM Sarah said... We walked to the local pub and each got a beer. He ordered some french fries too for us to share. "I might not see you tomorrow. I need to spend some more time with my family. I think I'll stay home tomorrow." I said. "Okay." He said smiling. "I should probably hang out with mine too." "Do you have any brothers or sisters?" I asked. "I have a twin sister and a baby brother." He said. I giggled. "That's neat." "He's a little terror, but I love him." He said. "Aww. How cute." I said.
8:47 AM Christina said... He shrugged. "I didn't know you had a twin! You never said anything!" I told him. "Despite what everyone thinks, not all twins get along super well, and are exactly alike. We're about as different as they come. We get along pretty good now that we don't live in the same house though." He said. "That sounds like me and my brother." I told him.
8:52 AM Sarah said... We talked for a while and then we went back to his place. We layed down on his bed and he turned on the TV.

9:54 AM Christina said... "I just want to be in shape! STOP IT!" I shouted. He finally stopped and I jumped up. "What are you doing?" He asked. "I'm getting ready to kick your ass!" I said, holding my fists up. He started laughing. "Not like that you aren't! Who taught you how to fight?" He said. "Shut up! You are just afraid of my fists of fury!" I said. He just laughed, and stood up. "Come on, I can SO take your ass!" I told him. "Whatever! You can't even hold your fists right!" He said. He stood like he was going to fight me, and I jumped and tackled him. "Hey! What is this? Cheater!" He said. "I said I was gonna kick your ass, not box!" I shouted. I tried to pin him, but I wasn't strong enough. He flipped me over, and pinned me down instead. "I wrestled in highschool. Nice try though." He said. I was laughing so hard.
10:00 AM Sarah said... "So, what would you like to do now?" He asked getting up. "I don't know." I said. "I feel like going boarding. Would you want to come watch?" He asked. "Sure." I said smiling. He looked excited. He called Paul and a few other friends to meet up at the skate park.
10:19 AM Christina said... We were on our way over, and I started laughig. "What?" He asked. "You are just so cute, thats all. So excited to go play with your friends." I told him. "Hey, watch it. I'll kick your ass again." I told him. "I'll kick your ass again!" I said, laughing. "Uh, I believe I won the last match." He said. "Because I let you." I told him. We pulled into the park. It was dark out, but the place was lit up pretty well. "There's Paul's truck." He said, and parked next to it.
10:23 AM Sarah said... We walked over and I sat down at a bench. "Hey, Ally." I heard someone say. I looked up and it was Tyler. He sat down next to me. "Hi." I said. "How are you doing? Havn't seen you around for a while." He said. "I'm doing really good actually." I said smiling. "Good to hear." He said. He got up and skated away.
10:50 AM Christina said... Most of the guys were in rollerblades, but Matt and Paul both had boards. There were a couple guys on bikes. It was fun to watch everone skate. Matt wasn't too bad. Tyler was a lot better though. After a little while, they all stopped and skated over to where I was. There was a cooler next to me full of water and beer.
11:21 AM Sarah said... "Ready to go back to my place?" Matt asked. "Sure." I said smiling. "Yeah, I'm worn out already." He said. We went back to his place and hung out for a while, then I headed home.
12:26 PM Christina said... It was late, so I went back to my room. There was a knock on my door. "Come in." I said. Tim walked in. "Can I talk to you?" He whispered. "Of course, sit." I said, sitting up, and making room for him to sit on my bed. "Whats up?" I asked.
12:32 PM Sarah said... "Ariana wants me to stop smoking pot." He said. "You should." I said smiling. "I quit. You've got a kid that is going to look up to you too." "You quit?" He asked. "Yeah. My boyfriend did too." I said. "Hmm." He said. "It's really not a big deal. I still want to do it sometimes, but I really need to focus my time and money on school." I said. He nodded.
12:48 PM Christina said... "I've been smoking for years though." He said. "So has Matt. He just gave away all his stuff." I told him. Tim sighed. "I guess I'll quit. It's just going to be really, really hard." He said. "I'll help you." I told him. "Thanks." He said. "Any time." I said. He got up and left, and I went to bed.
12:56 PM Sarah said... The next morning I woke to the smell of pancakes and my Mom yelling that breakfast was ready. I went out to the kitchen and everybody was already at the table.
1:33 PM Christina said... "Someone looks tired." My dad said. "Late night." I told him, and yawned. "Are you packed up for school?" My mom asked. "No. It doesn't take me long." I said. "So, when do you get your books?" She asked. "What is this? I can take care of myself." I said, getting annoyed. "Sorry." My mom said. "I'm just tired." I told her. "Well, how about you Christopher. Are you ready to go back to school?" She asked him. "Mom!" He said.
1:44 PM Sarah said... "What is going on with you kids lately?!" Mom shouted. None of us said anything. "Tell me!" She shouted. "There is something going on for sure." Dad said. "I hope you all start focusing on the important things in life and thinking about your future before you do something stupid." Mom said rudly. Dad looked at Tim with a mean look on his face. Tim just looked away.
2:10 PM Christina said... "What is going on? What makes you think we are up to something?" I asked, getting irritated. "Aparently something is up." My mom said. "Nothing is up. Are you mad because we're all getting older?" I asked. My mom didn't say anything. "Well?" I asked. "Drop it." My dad said. "You drop it." I said, and got up. I walked back to my room. I was so irritated. I couldn't figure out why they were acting weird.
2:16 PM Sarah said... "Allison!" Dad shouted. "Get back here!" I sighed loudly. "This is so stupid!" I yelled. I went back to the kitchen and sat back down. "Who's smoking pot?" Mom asked. "What?!" Christopher said irritated. "None of us smoke pot, Mom." "Some does." Dad said. "And where the hell is this coming from?" I asked. "We smelled it in the house a couple times." Dad said. "We decided to bring it up now while we are all together." Mom said. "Not me." Christopher said. Tim and I looked at eachother. "Not me." Tim lied. They all looked at me. "What?! Not me!" I shouted. "One of you are lying and when I find out who it is, they will be in big trouble." Dad said. "Tim and I are old enough to make our own choices." I said. "Not while you're living in my house." Mom said.
2:23 PM Christina said... "Well, I guess I'm not living here anymore then. It was me. But you know what, I already quit, so leave me the hell alone." I said. I went back to my room and started packing up some stuff. I was going to just crash at Tristins house for the next couple days untill school started again. When I walked back out with a couple bags, everyone was still at the table. I just walked out the front door and got into my car. I called Tristin, and she said I was fine to come over, so I headed to her house.
2:40 PM Sarah said... When I got there, she set up the den for me to use. She said her parents were cool with me crashing down there. As I was unpacking a couple things, Tyler walked down the stairs. "Hey." He said. I just smiled. I was so frustrated and I felt like crying. He pulled a pipe out of his pocket and held it out to me. "Yes, please." I said sitting on the bed.
2:44 PM Christina said... He took a hit first, then I took one. We passed it back and forth a couple times. "I quit." I said, and started laughing. "Aparently not." He said. "I'm in trouble. Matt and I had a deal." I told him. "Matt isn't here, now is he?" Tyler asked. "Noooooo!" I said, and laughed some more. "Well, so you're cool." He said. "Yeah. I guess. You are fun to do this with." I told him. "This isn't the only thing I'm fun to do with." He said. "That made NO sense!" I said.
2:49 PM Sarah said... He gave me a strange look and laughed at me. Tristin walked down to us. "Hey!" She said. "My turn!" She sat down on the couch next to me. "You brats." She said. I laughed. "He just now came down and offered it to me." I said.
2:51 PM Christina said... "Cause he wants to DO you." She said. "Tristin!" He yelled at her. "What. Just stating the obvious." She said and took a hit. "Really?" I asked looking at Tyler. He just blushed, and Tristin and I started laughing.
2:59 PM Sarah said... He rolled his eyes and went back up stairs. I called Matt to see if he wanted to come over. I really wanted to see him. He said he would be over soon.
3:36 PM Christina said... "Oh no!" I said. "What?" Tristin asked. "I was suposed to have quit." I said. "Oh shit! Dumbass." She said, laughing. I started laughing too. "Here, just leave this here. Tell him he can do it just this once too." She said, putting the pipe down on the night stand. "You are so smart." I told her. She jus laughed. "I'll go so you and Matt can have some alone time together." She said. "Okay, cool. Bye." I said, and we hugged each other.
3:43 PM Sarah said... A few minutes later, Matt came walking down the stairs. "Hey you." I said. He walked over and hugged me. He sat down on the couch. "Ally? Is that yours?" He asked. "No. Tyler's." I said. He looked at me. "You smoked." He said standing up. I explained everything that happen with my parents. "Ally, they just care about you." He said. "So I just did it once." I said. "I gotta go." He said and left.
4:17 PM Christina said... I had no idea what to think. I just sat there. Tristin walked in. "Did Matt just leave?" She asked. "Yeah." I said. "Why?" She asked. "Because I smoked." I told her. "Are you serious?" She asked me. I just nodded my head. "Call him." She said. "No. He's mad at me." I told her. "Ally, call him." She said again. I picked up my phone and called Matt, but it just went straight to voicemail. "Hey, it's Ally. I'm really, REALLY sorry. Please call me back. Please. Bye." I said, and hung up. "Are you okay?" Tristin asked. "No. I messed up." I told her. "He'll probably call you back when he coold off a little bit. It'll be okay." She said.
5:09 PM Sarah said... "I hope so." I said. "He'll get pver it." She said. "I knew this was going to cause trouble." I said. "I'm sorry." She said puting her arm around me.
5:24 PM Christina said... "It's not your fault. I did it." I told her. "Lets do something fun. Get our minds of this. I know, lets go bug Tyler." She said. "Okay." I said. we both got up and ran to his room. She started knocking on his door. "What?" He yelled. She kept knocking. "Damn it!" he said, and got up to open the door. "Hi Tyler." She said. "What?" He asked. "Hi. I love you." She said. "What do you want?" He asked. "Just to see get of your lazy ass and walk all the way to your door for nothing." She said, and smiled. "Bitch." He said. "Fuckhead!" She told him. He walked back into his room, leaving the door open for us to come in. Tristin walked in the room, and I shut the door behind me.
6:58 PM Sarah said... "What are you up to?" She asked him. He layed down on his bed. "Nothing at all." He said. I started looking through his cd's. I didn't recognize any of them. "He listens to stupid punk music and other wierd underground shit." She told me. He laughed. "It's good shit." He also had a shelf full of records. "Oh cool." I said looking at them. "Yeah, I've got some awesome records." He said. "I buy new shit on vinyl too." "Oh god. Billy Idol." I said laughing. "Reminds me of my Dad."
7:14 PM Christina said... "Okay, we're listening to that now." He said, getting up. "NO!" Tristin yelled. "Yup." He said, and got up and put it on. "See what you started?" Tristin asked me. I shrugged. "I wont mind if Tyler busts some Billy Idol moves." I said, and winked at him. "The lady asked for it, the lady gets it!" He said.
7:20 PM Sarah said... "I feel like getting totally fucked up tonight." Tristin said. "Me too." Tyler said. "Me three." I said giggling.
8:23 PM Christina said... "You sure thats a good idea?" Tristin asked me. I shrugged. "What if Matt calls?" She asked. "Forget him. He's just mad because you had fun without him." Tyler said. "Let's do it. I wanna try some stuff tonight. School starts again next week, and I want get crazy one more time." I said. "Okay. Let's do it." Tristin said. I looked at Tyler and he smiled at me.
8:27 PM Sarah said... "What'll it be?" He asked. "I can pretty much get anything. Or if you want, we can just drink." "All I've tried is pot, besides drinking." She said. "Just shrooms and pot for me." He said. They both looked at me. I just shrugged my shoulders. They laughed. "I've tried shrooms and pot." I said. ". . . and Heroin." "Holy shit." She said surprised. "What was that like?" He asked. "It was awesome." I said. "I'd try that once." He said.
8:55 PM Christina said... I smiled. "Is it really as good as-" Tyler started to say, but I interrupted. "Depends on who your having sex with." I told him. "Holy shit. Are you serious?" Tristin asked. "Yeah." I said. "What you guys say?" Tyler asked. "Look, I don't know about that you guys. It's really addictive. I still think about doing it all the time, and I've only done it once." I told them. "Well, I want to try it." Tristin said. "Me too." Tyler said. "Okay. I'll do it one more time. I want to have fun tonight." I said. Tristin screamed. "Woo-hoo! Lets go!" She said. "Can you get some? We shouldn't do it here." She said. "Yeah. Ally, remember Ben? That guys house where you did the shrooms?" Tyler asked. I nodded. "I'll give him a call." He said. Tristin and I went back down to the den to take one more hit before we left. "Are your parents ever home?" I asked her. "Hardly ever. Why do you think we get away with smoking pot in the house. That and they have got to have a stash somewhere. Tyler and I are convinced of it." She said, and started laughing. "Okay, lets go." Tyler said, walking into the room. We followed him to his car, and he drove us to Ben's house. We knocked on the door, and Ben opened up. "Come on in." He said. He was all shaky, and he kept sniffing and licking his lips. "Follow me." He said, and led us down to his basement. "Where is Matt?" He asked me. "We got into a little fight." I told him. "Too bad. Your a pretty one, he's lucky." Ben said, and smiled. "I've got a couple other friends coming over soon." He told us. "So, how've ya been Tyler? Tristin?" He asked.
9:19 PM Sarah said... "Good." They both said at the same time. My phone rang and it was Matt. "I'll be right back." I told them. I went back upstairs and sat down at the kitchen table. I answered it. "Hey, Matt." I said. "Ally, I'm really sorry I got mad earlier. I just really care about you and I'm pretty sure I'm. . ." He started to say and stopped. "You're what?" I asked. "I've never felt like this before with any other girl. You've made me such a better person too. You're such a smart girl, I would just hate to see you go downhill." He said. "I'm so sorry. I don't want to tell you what to do or tell you who to be, but that's not really you anyway." I didn't know what to say to him. "Ally?" "I'm sorry." I said. "Can I come back over?" He asked.
8:09 AM Christina said... "I'm at Ben's house." I said. "Did you do anything?" He asked. "No. I was thinking about it. YOu changed my mind though." I told him. "Can I come over there then?" He asked. "Yes." I told him. "I'll be right over. Bye." He said, and hung up. I waited at the kitchen table until he got there. He knocked on the door, and I let him in. He gave me a hug right away. "I'm sorry I got mad." He said. "It's okay. It was dumb for me to do. I was just angry." I told him. "Well, next time you are upset, call me instead, okay?" He said, looking at me. "Okay. Everyone is down stairs." I told him. "Alright, lets go down there then." He said, and we walked back down to the basement.
8:25 AM Sarah said... "Hey, guys. I'm sorry, but I think we should just drink tonight." I said. "I was being dumb. Plus, it scares me how much I want to do all that stuff again. I'd rather not get into it." "You guys want to just go to the bar?" Matt suggested. "Shoot some pool. Take over the jukebox." Tristin stood up and gave me a hug. "Yeah, let's do that." She said. "Tyler?" I asked. He shrugged his shoulders. "Seriously, Tyler. You're not going to want to stop." I said. "And that is one hell of a recovery once you're addicted to that shit." Matt added. Tyler looked at Ben. "I'm cool with pot." Ben said. "You want to head out to the bar?" Tyler asked Ben. "Nah, not tonight." Ben answered. "See you guys around." "I'm just going to go see Nikki." Tyler said. "Okay." Tristin said. "Let's go." Matt said. Tristin and I followed Matt to his car and got in. "I'm SO glad you guys didn't do anything." He said. I took his hand and held it. Tristin didn't say anything. We went to the bar and went inside. Matt went to the bathroom. "I knew that was a bad idea." She told me. I laughed. "Yeah, me too." "We'll still have fun tonight though." She said smiling. "Definatly." I said.
8:36 AM Christina said... Tristin and I found a table and sat down. When Matt got back we ordered some drinks, and then made a mad dash to the jukebox.
9:23 AM Sarah said... We picked twenty five songs and probably spent way too much money on them. Matt was annoyed by every song we chose. "Sorry, babe. We're just having fun." I said. He smiled and put his arm around me. "But did you have to choose a Prince song?" He asked laughing. "Calm down, Matt. We like fun music." Tristin said puting her hand on his arm. He laughed.

Tristin said.

"Matt?" I asked quietly as we stood up. He turned around and looked at me. "Nevermind." I said smiling.
"Stick to pot, Ally." He said leading me out the door.
I rolled my eyes. Matt took my hand and we went upstairs to the kitchen. Paul and Tyler were there. "Hi." I said smiling.
"Ally, what the fuck are you doing here?" Tyler asked.
"Just hanging out with Matt." I said.
"She's fine." Matt said. Matt grabbed two beers out of the fridge and handed me one.
"I'll be right back." Matt said walking away. I sat down on a bar stool that was near the island.
"This is not a place for inocent girls like you." Tyler whispered as he walked up behind me.
"Maybe I'm sick of being inocent." I said.
"Oh yeah?" Tyler asked.
"Yeah." I said smiling.
I looked over at Tyler and got a good look at him. He looked like shit. His eyes were all glossy and his hair was messy. He didn't look all clean cut like he normally does. I could tell he did more than smoke pot. Matt walked up to us and took my hand.

"Be right back Ally." He said, and walked away. I felt weird in the living room by myself. I didn't know anyone, so I walked back into the kitchen.
"Hey, she's back." Tyler said. I just smiled.

There was a futon along the wall, and a small table in front of it. Tyler sat down, and I sat next to him. He put his hand on my leg and smiled. I smiled back. A couple other people walked in, and then shut the door.

"You'll see." He whispered in my ear. He kissed my neck just below my hear after he said it. I got a chill.

"This is going to be fun." He said smiling at me.
I leaned back and closed my eyes. I felt Matt take my hand and hold it. I didn't start to feel anything for like twenty minutes. I felt like I was sinking into the couch. I closed my eyes again.
"There's all these jewels." I said. I heard Matt laugh.
"What do they look like?" He asked.
"Colorful." I said.
I opened my eyes and I could have sworn I saw my Dad standing in front of me staring at me. "I'm so sorry, Daddy." I said staring to tear up. Someone put their arms around me. "It's okay." I heard Matt say. He hugged me. All of a sudden I started laughing really hard, but I wasn't sure why. "You are too damn cute." Matt said. I started to feel uneasy. "I'm going to throw up." I said. Matt walked me quickly to the bathroom, which was right next to the back room. He led me to the toilet. "Don't worry. You are fine." He said. I threw up in the toilet and as I stood up, I saw my Dad again. This time, he smiled at me. "I did the same thing when I was your age." He said.
"You did?" I asked, surprised.
Matt laughed. "Who are you talking to?" He asked.
"My Dad. This is my Dad." I said pointing. He laughed at me and whiped my mouth. He led me back to the room. We layed down on the floor. I kept hearing laughter, but it sounded like I was in a tunnel.

"Wow. Did we give her too much?" I heard someone ask.
"No. This happened to me the first time." Someone said. I think it was Matt. I couldn't quite see anything. It looked like I was underwater, or looking through a fish tank or something. I don't know how long it was like that. I remember things getting crazy, but thats about it. I just remember waking up in a room. I was dark, but there was a slight glow from the street light. I was still kind of tripping, because it looked like things were floating around the room. I started to get really scared. Something grabbed my arm and I screamed.
"Shhh. It's okay. It's Matt. Its MATT." Someone said. The light came on and I flinched. It took a second to adjust, but when I opened my eyes, Matt was in bed next to me.
"Hey. You must be tripping still. It's okay though. Did you have fun?" He asked me. I nodded.
"Good. Are you okay?" He asked.
"Yeah, I think so. Where are we?" I asked.
"We're in the spare bedroom. I managed to grab it before anyone else crashed back here." He said.
"Oh, okay." I said, and layed down. "Matt?" I asked.
"Yeah?"
"You're really hot." I told him, and started giggling.

I felt his lips touch mine and he started kissing me. I kissed him back. I fell asleep again and didn't wake up until about noon the next day. I had a headache. Matt drove us back to his place and I crashed in his bed for a few more hours. I felt so much better whenI woke up. Matt took me home and I went straight to the bathroom to take a shower.

I went back to my room and got dressed. I checked my phone and I had two voicemails. One was from Matt saying he hoped I had fun and wanted to hang out again. The other was from Tyler making sure I got home okay. I just laughed. I couldn't believe what I did! I went out to the kitchen to get something to eat and drink. I was starving, and I felt shaky. My jaw was closed real tight too. Tim was in there making a bottle.
"Hey." He said.
"Hey."
"Whats up with you?" He asked.
"I don't feel so good." I told him.
"Oh. What did you do last night?" He asked. I smiled.
"Okay, never mind what you did, how do you feel now?" He asked.
"Shaky. I keep clenching my jaw too." I told him.
"You're coming down, thats all. Just eat, drink a lot of water, and get some more sleep. You'll be fine." He said.
I made some poptarts, and drank about three glasses of water. I couldn't believe how thirsty I was. I remembered thinking I saw my dad, and started laughing.
"What?" Tim asked. I started laughing even harder. "Fine, don't tell me." I stopped laughing long enough to tell him about thinking I saw dad, and he started laughing histaricaly!

I went to my bedroom and layed down watching TV.
The next few weeks were the same. I saw Todd & Alex occasionally. I was hanging out with Matt a lot. We went to a lot of movies and we got high a lot. We both tried Heroin for the first time with some of his friends. We never did end up doing it again. We both promised eachother it would be a one time deal. The last three days, we just hung out in his bedroom watching movies and playing video games. Matt decided he wanted to quit smoking pot too and focus on school. I promised to help him out with homework and studying. The last week of summer, before school started, I slept with Matt again. He asked me to be his girlfriend and I accepted. Tim asked Ariana to marry him and she was so excited. They were both very happy. Our parents co-signed for them to get a townhouse and they move into it next month. When I got home that morning, my parents sat me down to talk to me. They were worried about me, because they hadn't seen me much lately. I assured them that I was fine and went to my bedroom to take a nap before I had to go to the school to register for classes.

I woke up when there was a knock on the door. I rolled over, and my mom poked her head in.
"A youngman is here to pick you up for registration." She said.
"Oh, Matt." I told her.
"Ally, do you have a new boyfriend?" She asked me.
"Yeah." I said, and yawned.
"Thanks for telling me!" She said.
"Sorry. I've been busy." I told her, and sat up. She shook her head, and left. I made sure I looked okay, and then went out to meet Matt.
"Ready?" He asked.
"Yeah, lets go." I told him. We got in his car and drove to the school. We got our transcripts first, and then went to meet with the councelors. After that we were ready to enroll. We went by the student loan office and made sure everything was squared away. By the time we were done, we were both exhausted.
"Wow. That took most of the day." Matt said. We stopped by the little coffee and juice shop that was on campus. I got a smoothie, and Matt got a frozen coffee.
"So, are you all ready to start?" I asked him.
"Yeah, but I'm really going to need your help. I took some heavy classes this semester." He said.

He glared at me and laughed. I made sure I was assigned a dorm room and we went to look at it. I was assigned to a one person room, which I was excited about. It was further away, just accross the street from the academic building. I didn't care though, I was excited to have a room to myself.

When I woke up, Matt wasn't there. There was a note on his door saying he went to Paul's and he'd be right back. I sighed, thinking he must have gone over there to smoke. As soon as I sat up, he walked through the door.

"Yeah. I took him all my stuff. My bong, pipe, and left over pot. It was too tempting to have around. He still thinks I'm crazy." Matt said.

Most of the guys were in rollerblades, but Matt and Paul both had boards. There were a couple guys on bikes. It was fun to watch everone skate. Matt wasn't too bad. Tyler was a lot better though. After a little while, they all stopped and skated over to where I was. There was a cooler next to me full of water and beer.

"I'm just tired." I told her.
"Well, how about you Christopher. Are you ready to go back to school?" She asked him.

"I hope you all start focusing on the important things in life and thinking about your future before you do something stupid." Mom said rudly.
Dad looked at Tim with a mean look on his face. Tim just looked away.

"Aparently something is up." My mom said.
"Nothing is up. Are you mad because we're all getting older?" I asked. My mom didn't say anything.
"Well?" I asked.
"Drop it." My dad said.
"You drop it." I said, and got up. I walked back to my room. I was so irritated. I couldn't figure out why they were acting weird.

"Allison!" Dad shouted. "Get back here!"
I sighed loudly. "This is so stupid!" I yelled. I went back to the kitchen and sat back down.
"Who's smoking pot?" Mom asked.
"What?!" Christopher said irritated. "None of us smoke pot, Mom."
"Some does." Dad said.
"And where the hell is this coming from?" I asked.
"We smelled it in the house a couple times." Dad said.
"We decided to bring it up now while we are all together." Mom said.
"Not me." Christopher said.
Tim and I looked at eachother. "Not me." Tim lied. They all looked at me. "What?! Not me!" I shouted.
"One of you are lying and when I find out who it is, they will be in big trouble." Dad said.
"Tim and I are old enough to make our own choices." I said.
"Not while you're living in my house." Mom said.

"Well, I guess I'm not living here anymore then. It was me. But you know what, I already quit, so leave me the hell alone." I said. I went back to my room and started packing up some stuff. I was going to just crash at Tristins house for the next couple days untill school started again. When I walked back out with a couple bags, everyone was still at the table. I just walked out the front door and got into my car. I called Tristin, and she said I was fine to come over, so I headed to her house.

When I got there, she set up the den for me to use. She said her parents were cool with me crashing down there. As I was unpacking a couple things, Tyler walked down the stairs. "Hey." He said.
I just smiled. I was so frustrated and I felt like crying. He pulled a pipe out of his pocket and held it out to me. "Yes, please." I said sitting on the bed.

"I quit." I said, and started laughing.
"Aparently not." He said.
"I'm in trouble. Matt and I had a deal." I told him.
"Matt isn't here, now is he?" Tyler asked.

"Well, so you're cool." He said.
"Yeah. I guess. You are fun to do this with." I told him.
"This isn't the only thing I'm fun to do with." He said.
"That made NO sense!" I said.

"I'll go so you and Matt can have some alone time together." She said.
"Okay, cool. Bye." I said, and we hugged each other.

A few minutes later, Matt came walking down the stairs.
"Hey you." I said.
He walked over and hugged me. He sat down on the couch. "Ally? Is that yours?" He asked.
"No. Tyler's." I said.
He looked at me. "You smoked." He said standing up.
I explained everything that happen with my parents. "Ally, they just care about you." He said.
"So I just did it once." I said.
"I gotta go." He said and left.

I had no idea what to think. I just sat there. Tristin walked in.
"Did Matt just leave?" She asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"Why?" She asked.
"Because I smoked." I told her.
"Are you serious?" She asked me. I just nodded my head.
"Call him." She said.
"No. He's mad at me." I told her.
"Ally, call him." She said again. I picked up my phone and called Matt, but it just went straight to voicemail.
"Hey, it's Ally. I'm really, REALLY sorry. Please call me back. Please. Bye." I said, and hung up.
"Are you okay?" Tristin asked.
"No. I messed up." I told her.
"He'll probably call you back when he coold off a little bit. It'll be okay." She said.

"Okay." I said. we both got up and ran to his room. She started knocking on his door.

"Hi Tyler." She said.
"What?" He asked.
"Hi. I love you." She said.
"What do you want?" He asked.
"Just to see get of your lazy ass and walk all the way to your door for nothing." She said, and smiled.
"Bitch." He said.
"Fuckhead!" She told him. He walked back into his room, leaving the door open for us to come in. Tristin walked in the room, and I shut the door behind me.

"Yeah, I've got some awesome records." He said. "I buy new shit on vinyl too."

"Is it really as good as-" Tyler started to say, but I interrupted.
"Depends on who your having sex with." I told him.
"Holy shit. Are you serious?" Tristin asked.
"Yeah." I said.
"What you guys say?" Tyler asked.
"Look, I don't know about that you guys. It's really addictive. I still think about doing it all the time, and I've only done it once." I told them.
"Well, I want to try it." Tristin said.
"Me too." Tyler said.
"Okay. I'll do it one more time. I want to have fun tonight." I said. Tristin screamed.
"Woo-hoo! Lets go!" She said. "Can you get some? We shouldn't do it here." She said.
"Yeah. Ally, remember Ben? That guys house where you did the shrooms?" Tyler asked. I nodded. "I'll give him a call." He said. Tristin and I went back down to the den to take one more hit before we left.
"Are your parents ever home?" I asked her.
"Hardly ever. Why do you think we get away with smoking pot in the house. That and they have got to have a stash somewhere. Tyler and I are convinced of it." She said, and started laughing.
"Okay, lets go." Tyler said, walking into the room. We followed him to his car, and he drove us to Ben's house. We knocked on the door, and Ben opened up.
"Come on in." He said. He was all shaky, and he kept sniffing and licking his lips. "Follow me." He said, and led us down to his basement.
"Where is Matt?" He asked me.
"We got into a little fight." I told him.
"Too bad. Your a pretty one, he's lucky." Ben said, and smiled. "I've got a couple other friends coming over soon." He told us. "So, how've ya been Tyler? Tristin?" He asked.

"Good." They both said at the same time. My phone rang and it was Matt. "I'll be right back." I told them. I went back upstairs and sat down at the kitchen table. I answered it.
"Hey, Matt." I said.
"Ally, I'm really sorry I got mad earlier. I just really care about you and I'm pretty sure I'm. . ." He started to say and stopped.
"You're what?" I asked.
"I've never felt like this before with any other girl. You've made me such a better person too. You're such a smart girl, I would just hate to see you go downhill." He said. "I'm so sorry. I don't want to tell you what to do or tell you who to be, but that's not really you anyway." I didn't know what to say to him. "Ally?"
"I'm sorry." I said.
"Can I come back over?" He asked.

"Did you do anything?" He asked.
"No. I was thinking about it. YOu changed my mind though." I told him.
"Can I come over there then?" He asked.
"Yes." I told him.
"I'll be right over. Bye." He said, and hung up. I waited at the kitchen table until he got there. He knocked on the door, and I let him in. He gave me a hug right away.
"I'm sorry I got mad." He said.
"It's okay. It was dumb for me to do. I was just angry." I told him.
"Well, next time you are upset, call me instead, okay?" He said, looking at me.
"Okay. Everyone is down stairs." I told him.
"Alright, lets go down there then." He said, and we walked back down to the basement.

"Hey, guys. I'm sorry, but I think we should just drink tonight." I said. "I was being dumb. Plus, it scares me how much I want to do all that stuff again. I'd rather not get into it."
"You guys want to just go to the bar?" Matt suggested. "Shoot some pool. Take over the jukebox."
Tristin stood up and gave me a hug. "Yeah, let's do that." She said.
"Tyler?" I asked.
He shrugged his shoulders. "Seriously, Tyler. You're not going to want to stop." I said.
"And that is one hell of a recovery once you're addicted to that shit." Matt added.
Tyler looked at Ben. "I'm cool with pot." Ben said.
"You want to head out to the bar?" Tyler asked Ben.
"Nah, not tonight." Ben answered. "See you guys around."
"I'm just going to go see Nikki." Tyler said.
"Okay." Tristin said.
"Let's go." Matt said.
Tristin and I followed Matt to his car and got in. "I'm SO glad you guys didn't do anything." He said.
I took his hand and held it. Tristin didn't say anything. We went to the bar and went inside. Matt went to the bathroom. "I knew that was a bad idea." She told me.
I laughed. "Yeah, me too."
"We'll still have fun tonight though." She said smiling.
"Definatly." I said.

"COME ON! You know the words!" I told him. He was laughing, but trying to make it look like he wasn't.
